Terms and Conditions
- Gift vouchers are valid for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of purchase, unless a longer validity period is specified.
- Gift vouchers are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the named recipient.
- Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash, cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be returned or cancelled once purchased.
- Gift vouchers may be presented either digitally on a mobile device or as a printed copy at the time of redemption.
- The restaurant reserves the right to request valid photo identification to verify the voucher holder before redemption.
- Gift vouchers may be redeemed over a maximum of two (2) visits. Any remaining balance after the second visit will be forfeited.
- Lost, stolen, damaged or altered vouchers will not be replaced or redeemed.
- Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.
- The restaurant reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary, subject to Australian Consumer Law.
